“ Having finished our tasks for the day, we chose to eat an early (6 pm) dinner at Salerno. We were the only diners at this hour so service from Carlos was excellent. We started with a glass of house white wine, which was acceptable, and shared a plate of Pantaloncitos Napolitanos (basically mini Calzones) These were enlivened by the pizza sauce which came on the sides. I then had the Cannelloni Gorgonzola, which had a delicious cream sauce, presumably from Gorgonzola Dulce (though I prefer Gorgonzola Piccante) with a glass of house red wine, which also was acceptable, though it would be better served at room temperature. My wife had Salmon Almendrado, which she loved with her glass of Michelada. We ended sharing a Torta De Chocolate con Helado, which was delicious. All in all a very nice meal for the reasonable price of COP 314,700 inc. propina. ”
